职责描述：

1. Supports and ensures the use of the following planning processes in the Region in cooperation with all functions e.g. BU-Leader, Production, Product Development, Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality…

• Industrial Footprint Process – the analysis and strategical decision-making process to optimize the allocation of production resources and the location structure in the Region NAFTA. Initiate factory planning processes.

- Industrialization - the localization and transfer of production facilities resulting from the industrial footprint development and the Make and Buy decisions in the region.

• Investments – planning technical systems (machines, automation, equipment) and technical approval of all investment projects in the region
• Production System – support and monitor the continuous improvement of the production system in the regional location

2. Supports the development of the production network in the region:

- TPP Regional structure – contact person to TPP and further development of the ZF - Lead Production Structure in the region

• Production data – support the development of standardized data within the production network and the continuous use of the data in daily business and communication
• Standardization – transfer and implementation of standards and best practice technologies and processes in the region

任职要求：

1. Degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or equivalent

2. At least 5 years’ management experience in production, process planning, machine planning

3. Self-confident, team orientated, communicative and assertive

4. Responsible, independent and reliable

5. Very good knowledge of English spoken and written

6. Willingness to travel
