Responsibilities 

In view of the rapid expansion and continuous growth of the Corporation, we are looking for seasoned marketing professionals to design effective marketing plans & programmes to raise market awareness and appreciation of the work done by HKSTP & the innovations developed by tech companies at the Park. Major responsibilities are outlined below:-

• Collect market intelligence to differentiate HKSTP’s advantages, define market segmentations and develop impactful brand positioning
• Work with technology-cluster, incubation & investment teams to translate their business goals into actionable integrated marketing strategies that deliver engagement and raise awareness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the programmes are implemented effectively with quality and according to timeline
• Manage programmes’ performance against agreed-upon metrics and work on plans to optimize the impact
• Integrate portfolio marketing initiatives seamlessly with the overall digital, social and content strategies to create synergy and amplification
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Global or International Business or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning, executing and measuring effectiveness of marketing programmes, preferably gained in sizable / MNC technology companies.
• Thorough understanding in digital and content marketing will be a definite advantage
• Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing plans and adviser to teams on best strategies to drive engagement.
• A strategic thinker and a natural storyteller who understands how to engage various audiences through multiple channels
• Possession of knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Smart City, Biomedical Technology, Electronics, Green Technology, Material and Precision Engineering is a plus
• Strong language skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with a “what if” mindset; strong communication and presentation skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager role.
