THE JOB

• Working closely with the Group Rewards Director to drive and delivering compensation and benefits initiatives across the respective operating markets.
• Strategically plan and lead the various compensation and benefits-related projects, in line with the company's business directions and in compliance with local legislation and requirement.
• In partnership with local rewards teams, ensuring C&B tools, programmes and processes are aligned across market and executed in timely and cost effective manner
• Improve the current C&B structure and polices including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking exercises, Performance Management, Job grading to Benefits review etc.
• Support the implementation of change to achieve the objective of enhancing the company's capacity in attracting and retaining talents.
• Participate in annual merit cycle including guideline, process
• Play an expertise role from the view of Group C&B policy development

THE PERSON

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
• More than 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience primarily in the area of compensation (solid understanding of payroll, taxation, benefits bench-marking)
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Strong project management and process design experience will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent communications, influencing and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and proactive learner
