Job responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager – Human Resources, this position will be responsible for the planning and execution of executive and talent development programmes in the SOCAM Group to cultivate a talent pipeline to support the company’s overall growth in both Hong Kong and the Mainland.
Requirements:
- University degree in HRM or related management disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in leadership/management training and talent development
- Resourceful, mature and result oriented with good business sense and counseling skills
- High proficiency in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Business travels to Mainland cities will be required
