Job responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide full spectrum of legal support to our businesses in both Hong Kong and Mainland. He/she will be responsible for handling all legal and contractual issues of various property and construction projects as well as providing advices on general business matters to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, at least 4 years of which is post-qualification experience gained in major law firms or property developers in Hong Kong
• Exposure in PRC property business is a definite advantage
• A good team player, self-driven and a high achiever with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
