Job Summary

• To work with the Associate Director of International Project Marketing (IPM), China and other staff in Knight Frank to implement and manage the delivery of high quality IPM services to clients.
• To meet goals and objectives of the IPM department, with the ultimate purpose of contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business in China and the region.

• Performance will be measured on a number of criteria including, but not limited to, revenue generated, client feedback, team spirit, personal professionalism and appearance, attendance and punctuality, assisting other staff and involvement with department activities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and fulfil all the agreed financial and non-financial performance KPIs.
• Cooperate with Knight Frank overseas offices, especially London and Asia Pacific offices to market overseas residential projects in Shenzhen and across China.
• Build and manage the channel distribution network while undertake purchase advisory directly to investors.
• Expand network of channel agents appropriate to our brand and organise regular events to promote Knight Frank projects.
• Explore and develop more effective channels of international project marketing (Government, Media, Banks, Immigration, Overseas Education, Local Agencies/Referral Parties etc.).
• Source potential target buyers and qualify their requirements and set up one-to-one meetings in advance of sales events.
• Follow-up and call all prospective buyers after sales events to qualify their interest and assist sales function.
• Assist IPM team to properly set up, sales and smooth running of exhibitions.
• Ensure you are fully briefed on the project details and key selling points.
• Assist to build a qualified database of High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) database by targeting a select group of qualified channels to leverage their client base and event schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant working experience

• Bachelor degree or above

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)

• Good influencing, communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

• Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
