Responsibilities:

• Work independently as a Key Account Manager to support technology startups in HKSTP’s Incubation and Acceleration Programmes, especially the LEAP Programme, on market development and growth management
• Work with technology startups to explore go-to-market strategies for various markets and help engage business partners or channel partners for execution
• Contribute to initiating and closing cross-border business transactions, connection building and resources engagement in HK and the APAC region
• Work in a team on operation management of the Incubation and Acceleration Programmes
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, from a top-tier university. Higher Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in business development / marketing / consultancy / SME management
• Experience required in relation to strategic planning and/or business development in ASEAN, Greater China or East Asia
• Experience related to startups and technology innovations a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, a good team player and manager able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule
• Logical thinking, attention to details, great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, Incubation and Acceleration Programmes
