Our client is a well established insurance company in Hong Kong and still growing. They are now seeking for a Digital Marketing and CRM expert to join their professional and dynamic team to keep on driving their digital strategies and further develop their CRM activities.

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee digital content, formulate marketing budget, performance tracking and cost effectiveness management;
• To monitor SEO performance including traffic, ranking, CTR, conversion rate, conversion funnel, bounce rate, etc. and provide in-depth analysis and report;
• To implement effective O2O campaigns, outreach strategies and social media content to accelerate engagement with our current and potential customers;
• To analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions;
• To initiate and implement CRM strategy and programs;
• To conduct customer analytics including behavior reporting and post-campaign analytics to enhance future CRM campaigns, and translate the customer data into consumer insights and actions;

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years' solid in digital marketing experience in website, mobile app and online campaign flow development as well as CRM;
• Experience in using major web/app tracking and data analytics tools;
• Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines;
• Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access) and ETL;
• Candidates from agency background are welcomed;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
