Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing analysis and liaising with business stakeholders to enhance system / operation solutions to address retail banking business needs
• Participate in business process re-engineering or compliance initiatives in accordance with Bank’s direction
• Provide support on system revamp project

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines with minimum 1 year experience in business analysis / project management
• Knowledge in retail banking products and related business processes will be an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Operations
