Job Description & Summary

A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Design and Innovation team works to develop a positive visual representation of the PwC brand. As part of our team, you’ll be helping the team with brand messaging, creative and strategic design, and innovative design compliance that aligns with the PwC brand.

Job Description


You will be one of a core senior manager of the creative solutions team within M&C department to support the line of services; locates in Mainland China to support China and Hong Kong design relates deliverables and develop seasoned creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process of multiple projects, bring trends and best practices by translating ideas into outstanding deliverables;
  • Mentor our creative solutions team members in the scale of 4-6 people by providing thoughtful feedback throughout the process;
  • Team up collaboratively with our business marketers in both China and Hong Kong to identify areas for growth that align with the client business goal;
  • Create the vision for the strategy, own a great sense of graphic design and translate strategies into visual concepts and layouts for global and local campaigns;
  • Hand-on layout design to execute a visual concept.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field;
  • 8 years or above experience in creative leadership, prints & digital skills whether in-house or in an agency setting;
  • The ability to connect the dots between mediums and people within an international and fast paced environment;
  • A deep understanding of brand development as well as both traditional and digital marketing;
  • A willingness from the outset to establish a clear design objective to the team;
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and a design flair;
  • A proven record of technical skills and knowledge including Adobe CS Suite, digital publishing, and have MS office skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese (Mandarin).
