Our client is a Global apparel Group with multiple corporate real estate portfolios across the APAC region and is currently looking for a Senior Manager for the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management functions including both office and retail facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regionally business matters in terms of Corporate Real Estate functions including but not limited to Office and Retail store facilities
• Lead and steer the company's corporate strategy and retail portfolios in a positive directions and accordingly
• Be responsible for the development and financial budgetting (CAPEX / OPEX) over Office and Retail Renovations. relocations, store development or maintenance spanning across the APAC region
• Be the main point of contact and decision maker for matters including Leasing, Project and Construction Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate/Property/Project/Construction Management or Surveying
• Corporate and Strategic mindset with experience in relocations and renovation projects in Office and Retail capacity across the APAC Region
• Hands-on Exposure leading Corporate Real Estate and Retail development services for MNC
• Strong interpersonal skills, Must be a People-Person
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is compulsory
