• 协助开发适合于不同阶段彩妆师培训课程

  Assist to develop different levels of training contents for BS .

• 协助开发并创新培训课程，包括彩妆技巧，销售服务流程

  Have ability to create& develop new ideas on training course, including makeup skills and selling skills with makeup service.

• 积极做好培训前所有准备工作 — 课堂布置，人员安排和协调

  Prepare for training in advance - Coordinate to set up the classroom, BS arrangements etc.

• Mission 2 驻柜培训指导及人员跟进彩妆/产品/销售技巧 Coaching make up skills / products & selling skills for BA in the field

• 根据品牌发展计划，有效制定BS 跟进计划

  Develop BS coaching plan based on brand development plan.

• 在柜台树立和传播彩妆理念，积极引导BS 彩妆销售意识

  Establish and deliver brand’s makeup philosophy and brand’s image in the field, and lead BS to build sales awareness with makeup.

• 每月根据销售数据，制定跟进计划

  Develop coaching plan based on sales data analysis each month.

• 监督并辅导BS 个人形象，提高彩妆技巧

  Supervise and guide on BS personal image, to improve their makeup skills.

• 定期分享销售成功案例与柜台存在的问题

  Regularly sharing selling case with regional trainers

• Mission 3 支持各类彩妆活动 Participate & Assist on makeup event when needed.

• 积极主动做好活动前的准备

  The ability to take initiative, prepare and arrange events in advance.

• 专业并接地气的表达形式

  Be able to communicate professionally and practically

• 专业的彩妆示范技能

  Professional makeup demonstration skills.



• Others：
• 办公室/行政工作时间：40%， 柜台时间：60%
• Office/Administration Hours: 40%, Field Coach Hours: 60%

Requirement:

• 热爱彩妆和培训工作，良好的学习能力；

Willing to learning, love training & Makeup

• 沟通能力佳

  Excellent communication & presentation skill.

• 具有良好的团队合作和执行能力

  Good team work and excellent execution.

• 有3年以上彩妆培训经验，有专业、实用的彩妆技巧

At least 3 years related working experience in retail makeup industry, having professional, practical makeup skills

• 熟练PPT和 EXCEL能力

Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

• 需要每月出差

Undertake monthly business trip
