Our client is a well established international consultancy who's currently running a number of projects across Southeast Asia and in search for an experienced Senior MEPF Engineer to join their group of international professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design of the MEPF systems for the buildings/developments and infrastructure projects
• Conduct MEPF technical due diligence and feasibility studies along with other relevant enginners and professionals
• Report to project in charge for status on the MEPF side and ensure the project runs in a timely manner
• Attend necessary site-inspection and liaise with contractors for the construction matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Chartered Engineer qualifications in the relevant disciplines, LEED/BEAM AP will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years' of exposure in running MEPF projects/development, preferably across APAC or SEA
• Sound knwoledge of strategic and operational skills in estimates across the MEPF functions
• Fluency in spoken English with good command in written English, Cantonese/Mandarin will be an advantage
