Warehouse management and distribution

• The ability to look at the logistics follow especially the process from shipment receiving to make sure smooth D2C operation

• Analysis skill to find the most appreciate ways for any China related warehouse and distribution tasks and projects

• To monitor inbound and outbound process of each warehouse to make sure the KPI met business requirement

• To make sure the stock discrepancies being adjusted that following the company procedure

• To minimize the lead time and stock transfer costs between different locations within safety

• To have the China tag knowledge and labelling process into the communication of all the Compliance related tasks as well as product testing experience

• The knowledge to run the in-land delivery to multiple locations with seeking cost control as well as efficiency based on cargo volume and business requirement

• The ability to set up the improvement projects of where the warehouse or distribution processes can be improved

• To plan and coordinate when the peak of the sales coming through the year e.g. double 11 and 12

• Closely monitor the inventory of each warehouse with scheduled report cross-checking and analysis

• To make sure the packing materials inventory not running out that affect the sales

• To perform cycle count or full count as required by the company’s inventory safety management policy

• Good relationship maintenance with all vendors to make sure operations smoothly

• High responsible for hands on, thinker and problem solver by effective communication with CG vendors

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree

• Over 5 years logistics experience, retail background is must

• Warehouse management skill is required

• The experience of China tag and labelling following government product standard as well as the product testing knowledge (experience of fur/down related products is a big plus)

• Inland distribution knowledge including the lead time and costs in terms of different shipping methods

• Cycle count and stock take experience

• High responsibility to make the jobs done

• Excellent communication skill to all parties

• Good oral and written skill in English

• Data analysis skill by MS office is must

• Strong personal involvement in the team working
