职责描述：

1. Place the import purchasing order to Group factories (France, Italy, India); Local group factories (SUE,SUK), and Local OEM suppliers

负责集团内的进口采购订单，集团内国内采购订单及OEM供应商的采购订单

2. Daily follow up the purchase order status with all suppliers in order to increase on-time delivery.

日常跟进采购订单状态保证订单的准确交货率

3. Analyze order status and get production plans or issues(raw material shortage, production limitation etc. ), then need feedback the abnormal situation to BU to do pre-alert and find the preventive actions

通过对订单的分析,掌握产品的供货情况,及时反馈供货异常给各个BU（工厂原材料短缺，工厂生产问题等）, 以期得到快速解决方案。

4. Follow up the shipment status with forwarder and prepare the documents to agent to do customs declaration （including the documentation preparation for EE certificate & free 3c certificate application ）

跟进进口货物的状态，准备清关文件给代理公司，提前做好清关准备（含能效，3c等资料的准备）

5. Coordinate with Warehouse to do Goods Reception and handle wrong delivery (mixed shortage, damaged, damp etc.)

协调仓库及时完成收货，处理到货异常（短缺,破损,潮湿等收货差异）

6. Coordinate with factories, BU, forwarder, transport agent, broker, and warehouse, have a good communication and cooperation with them

协调国外工厂，销售，承运商，运输公司，清关代理公司，仓库，建立良好融洽的合作关系

7. Coordinate the product lead time with suppliers and feedback it to customer and sales order administrator in order to support to place the contract with customer in time

与工厂及供应商询问货期及时反馈货期信息给客户和合同订单管理员以期及时完成系统合同的创建

8. Weekly update the shipment status in order to support to fulfil monthly OB target.

每周更新进口货物的状态，协助合同订单管理员完成每月底的销售业绩冲刺

9. Check the international transport fee and 3rd agent fee etc and do the payment

国际段运费及清关代理等费用的核对及付款申请

10. The other task from team

任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree with strong analytical thinking

本科以上学历，分析能力强

2. More than 3 years’ work experience with a track record of success with upstream supplier and downstream supplier , or similar background

3年以上相关物流经验，有上游和下游供应商的经验，或类似背景

3. Knowledge of industry manufacturing is highly preferred

有制造业背景/知识优先

4. Proactive and positive attitude; Good communication skills
