Job Requisitions:

• Handle sales orders and shipment arrangement (Retail/Allocation/WS/WD/ stock transfer)

• Inventory reconciliation for 3PL inventory vs Godiva system

• Stock take report and all adjustment posting

• ERP system implementation support, the other Project

• Complaints handling & follow up

• Cycle count, stock take, inventory reconciliation, damage checking, product disposal, Physical goods CBM measurement

• Expense Audit and AOP, monthly review billing and cost

• Process Improvement and new project support (3PL)

• System Order Processing

• Internal Customer service

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor,

• 5-year-experience focus on logistics, 3PL, supply chain, retail and cold chain prefer

• Good knowledge of 3PL and vendor management

• ERP experience

• Good Excel and PPT skills

• Fluent English
