Senior Loan Services Manager (Job ID: 2394)

Responsibilities

To manage a team engaged in processing import and export trade finance transactions, including Forfaiting and Factoring in accordance with prescribed service level standard and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines.

To monitor performance of the team and drive continuous improvements for maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.

To develop the expertise of team members in trade finance. To take up ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.

A minimum of 10 years' working experience in the banking industry, of which at least 5 years in loan processing at managerial level.

Sound knowledge of UCP, URR, URC, URDG, ISP98, ISBP, BPO, AML/CFT Incoterms & SWIFT etc.

Knowledge and experience with IT/workflow/system/application implementation.

Sound knowledge of Banking Return reporting. Strong communication and project management skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
