Our client is an established group in the hospitality industry with tremendous Retail Portfolio outlook, currently looking for an experienced "Senior Leasing Manager" to oversee and lead their Retail Leasing and Asset Management function across multiple portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and Lead team of Leasing and Property Management specialists; handle full cycle of leasing function including but not limited to new tenants' engagement, lease renewals and negotiations, contracting etc;
• Spearheading strategies to steer the portfolio's future in a positive direction from an Asset Management point of view with Strategic Retail planning;
• Budget, forecast and analyses rental income to maximize revenue and conduct regular tenant's performance review;
• Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking and oversee the P&L of the portfolios;
• Maintaining a sustainable relationship with all major tenants to enable the long-term development for different portfolios

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Surveying, Business Management, Real Estate Management or relevant disciplines;
• Over 10 years of experience within the Retail Leasing and Asset Management capacity from a Landlord/Agency perspective;
• Experience in leading/supporting tenancy and strategy restructuring for large-scaled portfolio will be a significant advantage
• Self-starter, independent, acute and passionate in regard to retail asset management
