Department: Learning & Development Department

In this position, you will:

• Assist in identifying and conducting technology training needs analysis
• Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert to assist formulating technical and ICT related learning and development plans, as well as latest ICT training projects
• Source and liaise with external training consultants to organize technical training programs and activities to achieve learning objectives
• Study the feasibility to apply innovative technologies to enhance learners’ experience of different training courses in the company
• Assist in ad hoc training projects

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related field.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills in network and ICT related technologies
• Minimum 3 years work experience in telecom industry
• Experience in training / e-learning will be definitely an advantage
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing 
• Occasion travel to China is required but not frequently
