Department: Learning & Development Department

In this position, you will:

• Conduct training needs analysis and organize training and development activities to meet company mission
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Coordinate training logistics and related administration works
• Assist in delivering training and development activities
• Assist in developing and maintaining M-Learning and On-line training
• Assist in ad hoc training projects

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' solid experience in Training and development
• Hands-on training experience in Telecom / IT industry will be definitely an advantage
• Experience on On-line training development and maintenance is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Strong passion on staff training and development
• Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate Available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Learning & Development Officer
