Job Description

Overall description:

You will be in charge of managing and optimizing key clients, using our Just in Time manufacturing and software solutions.

Your job will include:

. Contract discussions with clients,

. Forecast understanding and calculations,

. Product and components standardization,

. Software integrations questions,

. Price calculation,

. Yearly budget monitoring,

. Understanding of branding and fashion is a plus,

. And other key account related topics.


The job will include the management of one or 2 juniors key account staffs.


Core Tasks

  • Pro-actively develop new CS business opportunities with both existing and potential customers by marketing, promoting and securing new order intake.

  • Drive CS business including maintenance/support contracts, system operations, retrofit project to meet and exceed given sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the customers. Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.

  • Conduct presentations to potential clients and be able to promote the strength of our services and applications and how they meet their requirements.

  • Increase market share by monitoring the CS sales and marketing activities of the competition and develop strategies to compete aggressively in the market.

  • Provide support and follow up of all commercial issues on CS sales with customers.

  • Consolidate information from customers on product and service quality and failure.

  • Following up on customer complaints and order changes.

  • Providing CS sales forecast and analysis.

  • Monitor customers' order forecast and purchase orders.

  • Present proposals and prepare quotations for customers and follow up with negotiations.


Candidate Profile:

The candidate MUST be open minded, have an international exposure (studies in foreign countries is a plus), must be curious, fast learner and enjoy leadership/ownerships of his responsibilities.

The candidate must also have a strong analytical skill, as well as the necessary patience for day to day coaching, training and evaluation.


Qualification:

At least 5 years as key account manager, with an extensive use of business English, ERP or MRP related software, Xl with macro utilization, already/studies traveled in foreign countries, and very clear into his/her future career and directions.
