岗位职责

• 理解/分析项目标书、项目要求和客户的需求期望，获取并研究与项目相关的各种信息

• 主导和协调设计方案的形成和最终确立

• 组织投标工作，完成设计方案和简报

• 作为主案设计师向客户介绍简报内容

• 组织设计团队完成设计扩初和设计深化

• 审核报建图纸、施工图纸、材料表和材料样板

• 施工前和施工期间进行设计交底，解决与设计相关的各种技术问题

录用条件

• 具备丰富全面的装饰工程方案和设计图制作技能和经验（尤其是办公楼室内装修工程）

• 能独立完成室内项目的设计工作

• 熟谙施工节点、常规装饰建材和施工工艺

• 沟通协调能力强

• 工作积极主动，富有责任心，具管理能力

• 熟练操作绘图软件, 包括CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop等

• 良好的英文听说读写能力。

Job Description

• Study and analyze project RFP (Request for Proposal)
  

• Produce space planning, design concept and finish proposals
  

• Prepare design presentation documents and drawings
  

• Make design presentation to clients

• Organize and manage design team in completion of design documentation

• Coordinate with contractors and material suppliers for design and fitout issues
  

• Control all design matters for projects to make sure smooth delivery together with Project Manager
  

Requirements

• College degree or above in the field of Interior Design or related disciplines
  

• Minimum 8 years work experience in interior design and fitout projects
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in a senior position

• Good team leading, organization and coordination skills
  

• Good team player with leadership skills

• Good command of AutoCAD, Sketchup, PS and MS-office
  

• Good command of English
