Perform Inline and final Inspections in the factories

Evaluate general situation of the factory in term of general compliance and QA standard

Follow up the mass production according to customer request timing and quality standard

Main tasks and duties:

Interact with Project Manager/Specialist regarding products’ key features and standards

Have a PP meeting with the project manager and factory before the production start.

Perform inline inspections by following the instruction of the manager, communicate with factories the improvement requested and report the situation to the manager.

Follow up all the improvements requested in the inline inspection.

Perform final Inspections in the factories by following the instruction of your supervisor, inform the manager about the result and wait for his instruction on how to proceed.

Check goods according to the procedure and following AQL standard.

Come to the office weekly for alignment with the project managers and production planner teams.

Select the red seals samples from the mass production for the HQ.

Inform the managers about any activity detected for in the factory for our competitors.

Inform the managers about any kind of nonconformity about the general compliance of the suppliers.

Support Quality Manager to solve the NC until closed

Competences required:

Experience in inspecting goods

Knowledge of AQL Standard

Management of the Inspection tools

In time communication to Quality Manager when detecting issues

Understanding of customer’s requirements and company expectations in term of quality target

Understanding of the product details in order to drive factory to improve the production line

Open minded and able to work under pressure, high owner ship to solve problem

Diligence and precision

Chinese native speaker

Good knowledge of English is mandatory

Experience in Optical, Softline, Paper and/or Display will be a plus

Willing to work in a fast growing environment
