Job Summary

• Handle a full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, and on-boarding administration
• Assist in formulate, implement, review and update company policies & procedures to ensure that they are in compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with Management in regards to HR strategy and staff-related issues
• Handle and coordinate matters for expatriate staff
• Responsible for other Human Resources task and projects are required

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR generalist role in hospitality / F&B industry with at least 1 year in supervisory position
• Excellent numerical sense and analytical skills, well versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
