Department: Human Resources Department – Business Partner

In this position, you will:

• Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and service to line manager
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
• Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review
• Participate in HR projects as assigned

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 4 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably from Telecom / CS industry
• Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS application, knowledge in using Taleo & IPL is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
