Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll & commission calculation, performance management and employee relations, etc
• Assist HR Manager in ad-hoc projects such as HRIS implementation, market research, salary review and training analysis
• Prepare HR reports and analysis on a regular basis
• Review and update HR policies periodically in compliance with rules and regulations
• Liaise with Team Manager on manpower issues
• Monitor and follow-up on staff movements, on-board and off-board preparation
• Maintain accurate staff records in HR systems
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in beauty retail industry
• Proven record on handling frontline payroll and commission calculation, sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills
• Experience in HRIS implementation is highly preferred
• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme and related legislations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Immediately available is preferred
