Responsibilities:
1、 General C&B report and other staff related reports for further data analysis and management decisions
2.、Support on annual staff cost budget process and on-going budget tracking;
3、Support on annual and monthly salary review, promotion, and incentive and bonus data preparation
4.、Responsible for attendance system and Performance system (eDNA/ePM) maintenance
5.、Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of C&B processes.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above
2.、2- 3 years working experience in C&B ; experienced in HRIS / payroll system(oracle HRMS) is plus
3.、Familiar with labor laws and local regulations, especially in Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian provinces.
4.、Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
5.、Command of written English skill.
