Our client is a well-known retail luxury brand and they are looking for a Senior HR Officer/ Assistant HR Manger to provide all-round HR services for HK and Macau.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive HR services on talent acquisition, employee compensation and benefits as well as the support on staff relations and development.
• Manage and supervise the talent acquisition and talent development function
• Participate in training projects and provide inputs to improve the process
• Drive annual exercises such as salary review, insurance and MPF renewal
• Identify talents within the organization and develop the career plan
• Develop and implement appropriate HR process, procedures and policies
• Handle ad hoc human resources projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human resources or other relevant discipline
• 5 years or above experience in all rounded HR functions
• Able to cope with fast pace environment
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
