Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing and maintain recruitment channels to optimize the cooperated agencies management; Conducting candidates sourcing, screening, interview and selection etc. recruitment activities; Managing recruitment cost against budget.

Key areas of accountability:

1. Talent acquisition channel development and management

? Responsible for recruitment channels development, exploring and recommending recruitment channels to optimize talent pipeline.

? Analysis recruiting channels effectiveness regularly and optimize for excellence.

? Responsible for regular online job boards posting update and maintenance.

? Build up collaboratively with external partners, responsible for supplier service fee negotiation and contract/agreement management.

2. Recruitment activities

? Handle PSS vacancies’ hiring independently, responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, interview and selection, offering and all recruitment activities.

? Responsible for candidate reference check, nominated test delivery and on boarding arrangement.

? Build talent pool in diversified functions for high caliber talents acquisition.

? Assist HR manager on talent acquisition process improvement.

? Responsible for monthly recruitment cost payment process, support HR Manager on recruitment budgeting and cost management and monitoring.

? Responsible for regular recruitment report (weekly recruitment report, HR monthly KPI report, etc.

3. New staff performance and probation management

? Responsible for new staff introduction process.

? Follow up on new staff performance and take any improvement actions.

? Responsible for new staff probation management and evaluation.

4. Talent acquisition programs

? Support HR Manager on annual campus recruitment activities and/or trainee program for talent pool development.

? Global HR projects leading/supporting.

5. Other tasks

? Assist HR Manager on reviewing and designing talent acquisition strategies

? HR cross function supporting and cooperation.

? Other projects/tasks assigned by HR Director/HR Manager.

Job scope:

Work under proper supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Work can be done by following the set processes. Interaction with both internal and external parties. Have direct impact to recruiting quality in certain levels.

Qualification:

? Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resources Management.

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruiting, one or more other HR functions working experience is preferred.

? Excellent HR knowledge on recruiting and general HR management.

? Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate.

? Conscientious and has good time management for prioritizing.

? Has proven competencies on handling multiple tasks.

? Detailed and good following up.

? Good English communication skills.
