Functional Responsibilities:
1. To be in charge of the entire HR function and manage its day to day routine tasks;
2. Implement and monitor the HR policies and SOP includes the organizing and improving of the HR function's efficiency and effectiveness;
3. Experience with all HR related issues and able to handle independently and provide foreseeable opinion and suggestion to top managements such as KPI system, staff promotion, and arbitration. Etc.);
4. Work closely with all Department Heads to provide various training programs to enhance the work skills and build up team spirit;
5. Conduct interview with candidates and making assessment and evaluation (with candidates at managerial positions including manager level);
6. Participate, assist the organizing of annual dinner, Christmas parties) and other team building events.
Skills & Personality Requirements:
1. University graduates in the HR field work for 8 - 12 years, with at least 4 - 6 years of managerial experience ideally with 2-3 subordinates;
2. Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and verbal communication;
3. Relatively good excel and PPT skill;
4. Ability to adapt a rapid changing and growing environment, able to work independently and quick to react;
5. Good communication skill is a MUST to succeed this role (with potential for further promotion);
6. Hardworking with good nature and appearance;
7. Problem solving skills with a calm, and patient approach.
