职位描述

Position purpose:

The CF will be responsible for China IMB Oncology, rare disease and internal medicine business group. The primary focus is to support the business leaders to build a strong team with OWNIT culture to successfully launch the new product and achieve fast growth in next 3-5 years (20 % growth). Oncology and Rare disease business revenue: 490 mlm$, 1000 colleagues

Organizational Relationships:

Reports to Sr. Director of China HR Head

Member of Oncology/Internal Medicine/China HR LT

Partners closely with Oncology LT, Internal Medicine LT

Partners with Enterprise/Divisional COE colleagues

Internal Stakeholders (BU Head/Site Leaders/Functional Leads in China

Resources Managed (budget and FTEs):

One HR contractor

Primary Duties:

Develop a strong talent to drive business growth

Assimilate and on board the newly promoted Oncology VP, to help him integrate the newly set up ONC team (integrated from origin PEH oncology and PIH oncology team).

Design and implement key talent development programs to develop stronger talent bench to prepare for the new products launch and fast business growth (Ibrance, Daco), the development interventions will need to work closely with global stakeholders to design global secondment for key talent, executive coaching for hi-po, global mindset workshop,

Under the very competitive talent market, to work with the business leadership team to develop fit for purpose and practical colleague engagement and retention program, to reduce the attrition rate from 30% to 20%

this includes people manager maturity improvement project, pay competitiveness analysis, career ladder design, cross function project rotation

Build the OWNIT! Culture

Support leaders to build an engaging and high performing culture for the ONC/IM sales team specially for majority workforce are new generations who are born post 90’ and 85’ and only work for Pfizer for less than 2 years, a lot of communication and education effort that requires HR hands on coaching and support with the leader together

Sponsor culture champion team to support business embedding OWNIT culture in the changing environment.

Coach People Managers to use PfizerVoice Colleague survey to track year-over-year improvement on Culture Index score

Employee Relations Management

Support leaders for major restructure on employee matters or low performance management as daily operation

Drive global standardization, alignment and operational efficiency

Align and deliver on Global HR strategies and life cycle HR work such as GPM, GCP, PF Voice, Talent review, succession planning etc

Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits on JE, BU/Function specific pay related projects.

Ensure understanding, alignment and adherence to all Pfizer global and regional policies.

Work with local other HR Function partners on Local policy design to align with changes in the market or local legislation, in collaboration with COE’s and stakeholders.

Drive execution of annual people calendar and daily processes, provide timely and effective coaching to managers on the following HR processes and programs, such as objective setting, mid year/year end performance review, career talk , TR philosophy and so on.

Qualifications, Training and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required

MNC HR management experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or related field preferred.

At least 10 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.

Excellent communication skills – Business English communication skills are a requirement.

A proven track record of successful Change Management.

Matrix Management.

Project Management.
