Responsibilities:

• Act as a generalist with full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, learning & development, performance management and employee relations.
• Human Resources planning in shops opening & closure
• Partner with line managers to deliver and manpower needs to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
• Proactively deploy effective recruitment strategies and explore new channels for sourcing candidates
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience preferably gained from sizable organizations with experience in F&B or Retail business
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-minded and be able to work under a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as HR Executive
• Require overseas travel occasionally 
• Office location in Fotan
