Job Responsibilities

• Perform HRIS Management and C&B functions
• Support daily use of HR systems to ensure the data accuracy and quality, including but not limited to data extraction, validation and correction
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
• Provide support to the implementation of the new HRIS. (IPL)
• Support in report generation, data migration/verification and staff communications
• Conducts the annual C&B surveys or other census reports and provides professional analysis if required
• Assist in benefits programs review and provide support to other ad hoc C&B projects

 Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Retail / F&B field.
• Experience in HRIS system project implementation and roll-out, including migration, UAT testing, documentation and user training
• Conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and experience in compensation and benefits programme design and delivery.
• Possesses strong project management and analytical skills as well as good numerical sense
• A fast learner who is self-motivated and result-driven
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
