The role is responsible for:
HR Part:
1. Work close with retail team to support business development, recruitment, C&B, etc.
2. Organize the orientation for store management staffs, follow up the talent development programs.
3. The compilation and regular maintenance of shop staff records, eg: contract renew, annual leave record, etc.
4. Check attendance record and submit the monthly payroll for all shop staffs
5. Support all kinds of statistics report of human resources
6. Assist HR manager for company culture building and other HR activities.
Admin Part:
1. Office and retail supplies management, such as office supplies, stationery, etc
2. Other duties assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree major in Human resource or Economics
2. At least two years HR working experience, retail industry or hotel industry will be a prefer.
3. Great attention to details and responsibility to jobs. Proactive, team cooperation spirit
4. Computer proficiency and ability, broad knowledge of MS Word & Excel & Power Point required
5. Good command of English both written and spoken
Good communication skills and problem solver.
