As a software and content business, inclusive of Eagle data management, accounting, and performance products and Intermediary Analytics’ sales and distribution data, the offering also includes a suite of new cloud-based products. The products comprise an ecosystem of proprietary and third-party business applications to help firms manage their core investment process and beyond.
The Head of UI/UX is a critical role within Data & Analytics Solutions reporting to the Head of Studio and has high visibility to the Head of Asset Servicing and Head of Digital.
What You Will Do
Responsible for design and content management, strategy and delivery across the entire Data & Analytics ecosystem – Vault, Studio, and Applications
· Accountable for delivering high quality, customer-centric, user experiences that provide a consistent, delightful and device-appropriate experience for the Data & Analytics business's channels/products.
· Will lead the design of the End to End user experience and will incorporate the latest technologies (as well as develop new ones through innovation labs), rather than relying on legacy systems
· Responsible for analyzing and researching customer behaviors through multi-dimensional analysis of product types, customer types, geographies, traffic sources, and channels (e.g., mobile, tablet, desktop).
· Conduct cross-channel initiatives and collate customer/user information and feedback data from applicable digital products in collaboration with product managers and engineers
· Liaise with “big data” experts / Product Heads to turn customer feedback and behaviors into actionable insights that can be implemented into product development.
· Scale and grow solutions to encompass different languages and geographical global regions.
· Manage a team of UI/UX designers located in both NYC and Wellesley
While this is a senior position and demands strong leadership talent, it is also a hands-on, creative, solution delivering position.
This role will suit an individual experienced in building a complex product from the ground up and scaling the customer experience to a global audience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree or MBA preferred 12+ years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
