Job Description

Daily production of artworks for Artbeat Studio Department and outlets (Brand Identity designing and daily print & digital production).?Responsible of providing quality graphic design (digital and printed formats).?

PRINT: Flyer, Menu, Poster, Kt Board, Tent cards, and all other requested formats.

DIGITAL: Newsletters, Interfaces designing, Visuals dedicated to social networks (for outlets + outside customers) and all others requested formats.

每周工作细则Weekly Scope of Work

1、Creation of graphic design according the briefing provided by Brand Managers or directly provided by the client. 2、Daily supervision of all the projects
3、Daily Mail communication and Follow up ? Work Flow Quality Control of the Graphic Designer Team 每周工作細則 Weekly Scope of Work
4、 Responsible for the print production deadlines
5、 Weekly Design Request follow up and Validation with Outlet Management
6、 Weekly Check upon Printing workflow and delay together with Purchasing Management
7、 Weekly management of the design and briefing process

1、Closely working with the Marketing Department to improve the deliver quality content.

2、Keep a “creative thinking”, to improve permanently the knowledge in terms of usability, design trends and limitations.
