Position Title : Sr. Fragrance Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Goals:

• Learning & Development lead for Sephora China HQ

• Go-to talent partner for departments in terms of learning needs for individual employees, functional teams and leadership.

• 
  

  Responsibilities:

• Implement blended leadership training programs to build up future leadership pipeline.

• Collect and analyze leadership learning needs from departments and functions.

• Develop yearly corporate training plan including scheduling, budgeting and implementation.

• Build high-quality vendor pool to roll out training programs and provide the best blended training experience for corporate employees

• Design and lead employee onboarding journey for successfully landing in Sephora.

• Respond to department/team learning needs by providing variety training program design which can clearly address the training objective

• Track and analyze training effectiveness by closely work with facilitators and provide timely feedbacks to learners and their line managers.

• Develop digital learning experience for corporate employee platform.

• Lead and execute Talent Mobility Program to develop mobile talents and build up robust talent pipeline in China

• Be Consultant of talent’s individual development opportunities/actions

• Leverage multiple resources to establish Mentoring/Buddy/Coaching program for talents

• Drive Talent Management and Development activities to build up high-performing organization, including talent mapping, succession planning and development plan for high-potential talents.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  
  
  • Good team work spirit and positive attitude
  • Honest, mature and people personality
  • 5+ years’ experience at fragrance field and 3 years as fragrance trainer
  • Excellent fragrance theory and know-how
  • Excellent presentation and training skill
  • Bachelor degree in related fields
  • Good Chinese written skill
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
  • Willing to travel
