Responsibility:
1. Development of innovative new products and the optimization of existing products within cost guidelines, customer specifications and legal requirements.
2. Responsible for all assigned projects like Product development, Product Duplication, product maintenance and Research work in support of Consumer Product Business.
3. Responsible for report writing, including statistical evaluation of data, and accurately updating of formulation, ingredients, technology and files while maintaining the security of the information.
4. Frequent interaction with suppliers, QA, Operations, Sales and Planning/Scheduling during development and commercialization activities.
5. Establish stable relationship with manufacturer /customers by following up & offering information and material efficiently.
6. Use technical expertise to assist resolving problems in the operation, purchasing and other department.
Experience:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree of Science & Food or related discipline.
2. Over 5 years working experience in wet food products.
3. Strong technical skills, expertise in new product design/development, ability to integrate positively with others, customer-centric, demonstrated ability to deliver objectives within demanding timelines.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and PC skills.
5. Strong ingredient and processing knowledge as well as knowledge of laboratory analytical technique.
