Job Description:

This job is to be performed by a Sales who is responsible for dealing with institutional counterparties/clients in fixed income products (bonds, credit structured products etc.). The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain institutional client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Distribute credit bonds in primary market and conduct trade in secondary market
• Carry out market and credit analysis, generate investment and trade ideas, and compile valid information for clients;
• Developing global network of institutional clients and explore trading opportunities for clients
• Coordinate with DCM desk in deal execution and actively supporting the trading team on an ad-hoc basis
• Lead sales team and coordinate products distribution/sales work, and build up the firm’s client franchise (for candidate with sales management experience)

Requirements

• Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues, highly self-motivated
• Bachelor degree in relevant majors in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplines
• 5+ years of related experience as fixed income sales in Hong Kong/ global markets
• Solid knowledge on fixed income products
• Effective communicator with excellent English and Mandarin
