【What You Will Do:】
Perform monthly financial close and forecast activities, full P/L scope
Perform monthly analysis of actual results vs prior forecast and plan (P&L, BS, other KPI). Highlight variances and work with business to develop remediating actions
Lead annual BP (business plan) process for the financials, building both long-term and short-term plans for Paper in cooperation with other functions
Analyze sales performance and GP performance, highlight areas for improvement, develop remediating plans. This includes leading indicators from customer relationship management (CRM) system and lagging indicators from actual sales data (SAP)
Drive business unit gross margin improvement and SG&A productivity improvement through initiatives developed with other functions of the business
Work with business unit leaders to prepare and present monthly business review to China and Global leadership
Monitor key balance sheet accounts for Paper (sales accruals, consignment inventory, accounts receivable, fix assets) and help the business unit drive actions to control each category
Provide value-added support to BU leaders and finance leaders on a routine and ad hoc basis
Minimum Requirements:
Strong in communication (oral, written). Fluent in Chinese and English
Logical, strong data mining and analytical capability, excellent with Excel
Efficient, independent, responsible. Ready to influence the business to take action
Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Microsoft BI, SQL and MS Dynamics preferred, but not required
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in Finance / Accounting. Prior FP&A experience preferred
Bachelor’s degrees in a business field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics)
