The mission of Hotel Operations Finance is to maximize the value of the Hotel by providing finance support, business analysis and business strategy services. By being an engaged thought partner and providing high quality financial support, Operations Finance devote to support the profitability and growth of the Shanghai Disney Resort.

We are seeking candidates with accomplished professional experience, curiosity and desire to learn and grow, demonstrated analytical skills and outstanding academic records to fill the position of Senior Financial Analyst (Hotel Operations Finance)

主要职责Key Responsibilities

作为酒店业务板块的合作伙伴，通过提供财务和业务分析，从而支持业务运营。主要职责包括：

• 财务分析：通过财务建模和分析，从而提高成本效率、评估商业规划、支持业务决策、研究商业案例等。

• 业务支持：组织协调跨部门合作项目；参与重大商业交易的协商谈判；保证成本效率和利润目标的达成。

• 沟通合作：及时和各利益相关方就业务更新进行沟通；向管理层进行沟通汇报各类业务分析。

• 其他分析和支持工作。

Act as the finance partner to Hotel business function, support Hotel business by providing financial and business analysis. Primary responsibilities include:

• Financial Analysis: develop financial models and analyses to improve cost efficiency, evaluate new business initiatives, support business decisions, study business case, etc.

• Business Support: coordinate cross-functional projects, negotiate key business deals, ensure the achievement of cost efficiency and profit target.

• Communication: timely communicate with stakeholders; present analysis to leaderships.

• Ad hoc analysis and support for other business requirements

资格要求Required Qualifications

• MBA或相关领域硕士学历并拥有3-4年跨国企业工作经验，或本科学位并拥有4-6年跨国企业工作经验，从事分析/咨询/战略发展等相关工作。

• 精通定量分析、解决问题和财务建模

• 书面和口头沟通能力强，具有分析数据并诠释数据的能力，并能诠释数据背后的“故事”

• 有很强的责任感，能在规定的时间，独立高效地完成多项任务

• 适应跨国企业复杂而多样化的业务部门，在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作

• 熟练使用微软办公软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)，熟悉财务系统（如：SAP），能够快速学习和运用新技能/系统

• 流利的中英文口头表达和书面沟通能力

• MBA/Master’s degree and 3-4 years relevant MNC experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years relevant MNC experience, in analysis/consulting/strategy development related functions.

• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and financial modeling

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, be capable of illustrating and explaining the “story” from the data

• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company

• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

期望资质Desired Qualifications

• 取得财务/商业管理/统计/经济或其他商业分析相关专业的学士/硕士学位

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Business Mgt/Statistics/Economics or other relevant analytical business degree
