Job Responsibilities

• To assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, administration and handling documents
• To build up and maintain good relationships with clients
• To monitor the performance of security staff
• To perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Holder of Diploma or above in property/facility management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in property/facility management;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Working location at Kowloon East
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
