Job Description
My client is a leading insurance company and are still expanding within the market. They are now looking for a high calibre to join their marketing event team and lead a small team.
Key responsibilities:
- To organize and execute company events, such as sales meetings, conferences, seminars, luncheons and dinners, and incentive campaigns
- To take care of all event logistics arrangement and provide onsite support
- To prepare marketing materials, including publications, presentations, souvenirs and promotional materials
- To provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or related disciplines
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in event management
- Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and strong team spirit
- Excellent project management skills and analytical ability
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
