工作职责：

1. Equipment planning, efficiency and management strategy

2. Plans and guiding machine and equips routine, period, and yearly maintenance. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring.

3. Opt in equips and vendor, adopt new technology, selects practical design concepts and technology used for new equipment or improvement for existing ones.

4. Formulates of equipment management, KPI and utilization supervision.

5. Participate in the machine and equips capability and productivity design

6. Retain high quality of spare parts management, and management rules

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. BS university degree in mechanical engineering, tool design and automation or equivalent

3. Experienced equips and engineer management skill

4. 5 years related experience and above

5. Takes ownership, “can do/responsible” attitude but fact-based, team player

6. Excellent communication, coordinate with cross function and team-work and cultural sensitivities

7. Excellent skill in oral and written communication in both Chinese and English
