1.  Head/HDD data characterization w/ technical judgement for new wafer design, wafer/BE process change & SPEC optimization qualifications.

2.  Mass-production volume data characterization for continuous yield, cost & quality improvements.

3.  Characterization support & technical input of customer requests, critical issues & special projects.

4.  KPIV/KPOV monitor & issue’s root cause investigation for process control improvement & quality protection.

1.  Bachelor's degree or above of Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic, Physics or related science/technology field.

2.  Strong communication abilities.

3.  Fluent English in oral & written.

4.  Proficient in MS office, with experience of JMP/SAS/Python/R or other characterization tool is preferred.
