·       Overall yield command center, assembly and test yield overall management for all of the products.

·       Commonality analysis by product design/process/machine/material/measurement, Coordinate different teams to dig out the root cause and come out effective improvement plan.

·       Set-up process control system to reduce process risk and improve product quality.

·       Be responsible to handle LRR, IPQC finding, and other quality/yield issue.

·       Co-work with other teams to handle customer/supplier issue (CQI, RMA, IQI,…)  

·       Co-work with other teams to improve productivity/OEE through SGA.

·       Initiative cost down project and drive implementation.

·       Master or above, major in Materials Science and Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, etc.

·       Good at MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks, JMP (Or equivalent), etc.

·       Familiar with one of programming language will be a plus (VB, C++, JAVA, Perl, …)

·       Good verbal and written in English.

·       Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to work under certain pressure
