Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• Min 8 years of extensive experience in E&M and MVAC projects and with hands on experience in Control and CCMS System.
• Good technical knowledge and practical exposure in MVAC, capable of working independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good commands of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• With knowledge in using BIM software application will be an advantage.
• Two-year contract basis.
