1. Perform analysis on memory product defect from production and qualification on wafer level or finished products.
2. Define the FA flow for each FA case.
3. Generate FA report and assist product and design eng to find the root cause of defect.
4. Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment.
5. Develop the FA process and FA capability for new product and new technologies.

1. Familiar with semiconductor mfg process and technology
2. Familiar with memory product technology and structure
3. Understand memory product test process and methodology
4. Skillful in performing failure analysis with FA tools or methodology such as Delayering, OBIRCH/EMMI, SEM/EDX, FIB or TEM
5. Good communication, presentation skills and teamwork spirit
6. Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill
7. Familiar with NAND theory and electrical circuits study will be preferred
8. Experience with NAND PFA and 3D NAND Fabrication process will be preferred
