This exciting role offers opportunity to: ERP + PIM systems • Subject matter Expert in Product Master data management : manages the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities • Co-ordinate with Product manager on NPI for the creation of a new Product master database (SAP / Product Data Hub / Oracle / Front End initiative) • Expertise on product transfers from one location to another location by setting up Part, Sales & MRP views on SAP system. • Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity by using data quality tools • Support for Europe manufacturing location on day to day business operation support on Structuring BOM(Bill of Materials), Routing and PIR's(Purchase info records) ERP – specific • Support for Data migration projects to integrate the accurate product master data for migrating items to different CSO's to enable sales synergy across systems • Improve the data life cycle processes with the support of the central MDM team • Design and maintain procedure & workflow • Govern interface reports from master data interfaces • Increase product data quality in system by implementing monthly/daily audits PIM - specific • Execute the PIM evaluation in PIM systems according to the instructions received from divisional product management • Trigger action according to the result of the PIM evaluation, in particular for data maintenance according to the ETIM classification standard • Enable the transfer from paper catalogs to data-base driven technical data publication by data-basing paper catalog content • Implement the structures in the PIM databases after validation by the subject matter experts • Maintain item attributes in existing and newly created structure branches • Support the divisions both in the data maintenance process for new products as well as in backlog resolution projects Qualifications Requirement: BE/B.Tech Electrical /Mechanical/Any Relevant Degree 4 - 6 years - Proven and solid experience working in the following ERP system : SAP Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Strong data analytic skillset Good interpersonal skills and planning ability High level of attention to detail Knowledge on any one programming language a strong plus Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional team Experience in Solid works and AutoCAD a strong plus MS Excel & SAP Master Data Management Yes!
