We are looking for a senior ERP PP/MM consultant based in Tianjin to maintain Business Systems at a high level, to ensure company gains full business benefit from existing business applications, applications services, data management and reporting tools, to provide new solutions and improvements from ERP/IT area for business needs.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain, design and implementation of logistics (PP, MM) solutions on the basis of SAP ERP; SAP Configuration including test, documentation and validation.
• Initiates/identifies implementation/development of the necessary business application and provide the solution to achieve the business objectives of the company according to SAP/best practice.
• Follow up global and local initiatives closely to complete the project on time on budget, make the detail project plan and ensure the project is implemented as planned. PMP certificate preferred.
• Lead/Participate other business application projects, eg OA, BI, eHR, travel management etc.; in the different phases of projects, to build effective relationships with departments.
• Analyze business needs/process and capturing the system requirements; planning and executing functional, integration and acceptance testing.
• Providing training for the end users, daily troubleshooting for ERP system with external support, utilize continuous improvement to develop functional efficiencies and ways of working.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or equivalent degree;
• 5 years of experience with about 3 full project lifecycle implementations with the core SAP logistics modules like MM, PP, PS. manufacturing company work experience preferred;
• Capacity for teamwork. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results; strong business and Business Application acumen, including strong problem solving skills, logical and critical thinking, and self-initiative;
• Good command of English (oral and writing); Project management skills and Training skills; good interpersonal communication skills, good ability to interface with people of different levels or diverse nationality.
